So, NovelTea Next Door is finally released. Does that mean there is anything else to blog about here at the NovelTea blog? Of course there is! I have two more books to finish--two more adventures with Grant and Juliet.
I am currently plotting out book 3: NovelTea Takes a Holiday. When NovelTea Next Door ends, we know Juliet is off to take some vacation time with her aunt out in the Outer Banks in NC. This one is going to feel very different. I'm planning a new spin for this third addition to the series. Not only will there be the humorous tone and suspense of the other stories; it will also follow the format of a cozy mystery. A murder most foul. Think Agatha Christie. While Juliet is on vacation, one of the guests at the inn where she is staying will wind up dead. He happens to be the man, Grant has been trying to locate. So, what to do?? Grant is sent in to pose as the local police detective because whoever killed this man stole important government data. And the murderer must be one of the guests. Should be fun. And whose POV will I use? Hmm, I’m considering using…both! We’ll see how it goes. Until Next Time.
